WCC campus safety tips
According to the WCC Campus Safety and Security Department website, a student can request a security escort from anywhere on campus to any location on campus by calling the Campus Safety and Security office at extension 3411 or 734-973-3411 from an off-campus location. Three security officers are certified EMTs who can provide emergency medical assistance. Campus security officers can also help with more mundane tasks, such as jump-starting vehicles. For more serious automotive problems, they can contact local assistance.
If you witness a crime, call security and give the following information to the dispatcher:
• The type of incident or activity
• The location
• A description of the people involved
• Your name, location, and the number you are calling from
