We’ve all heard of nude sunbathers, but nude skiers? William Barrett threw caution, and his clothes, to the wind when he exposed himself on a ski lift in Vermont. Ryan Harlow, and unfortunate skier who happened to be on the way down the mountain as Barrett was making his infamous ride to the top, spotted him standing in the lift and touching himself inappropriately. When Barrett reached the bottom, cops found a glass pipe and marijuana, which may explain why Barrett risked frostbite to his “extremities” in the sub-zero temperatures.

When PETA members go bad: Juan Pablo Lopez has a strange way of showing his affection for animals. In a guerrilla - style display of activism he freed chickens and pigeons from their cages at a residence near Virginia Beach. However, after he sent most of the birds flying to their freedom, he beat the homeowner’s car with a dead pigeon (which are commonly known as winged rats). He got a year in prison for animal cruelty. Jerk.

If only we were all so conscientious. Dutch journalist Teun van de Keuken begged a court to convict him of a crime that most of us have committed in our lifetimes – eating chocolate. He said that the cocoa industry in Africa is run with child labor and that if he is convicted, others can also be convicted. He seeks to champion his cause with jail time, and urges others to boycott the world’s chocolate producers for their poor work practices. Nestle was unavailable for comment.

The little gems are small and bright green and will look just darling when you stare at them from the outside as you’re being dragged to a cop car. The author of the article says that potheads really like them, which is why they have such a reputation for brilliance and forethought.

It’s always good when you can find another use for common household items. The British army in Iraq is now using gravy for an unexpected purpose: camouflage. Reportedly, a soldier spilled the popular British commercial gravy Bisto on himself and learned that the stuff could darken skin. They are using it in place of Fast Tan spray, the previous choice for skin darkening, to change their appearance. Sources say that the troops are now using the tanning spray to coat baking pans.
